          報告進一步強調,汽車后市場的健康發展須建立在汽配供應鏈不斷智能升級的基礎之上。未來,汽配供應鏈具有更大的發揮空間,企業可通過建立完整供應鏈實現庫存的動態管理,完善上下游的快捷運輸,換取更高的效率和更低的成本優勢。張天兵表示:“隨著新經濟蓬勃發展,汽配供應鏈市場潛力巨大,現存痛點與潛在挑戰將成為企業開放賦能的著力點。”
          而隨著新興技術推動汽車購買和售后服務體驗發生變革,報告認為,汽車制造商也要積極應對,并重新考慮如何與互聯網消費者建立聯系,以滿足其對產品和服務體驗日益升高的期望。比如通過對消費者的態度、需求、行為、客戶特征進行畫像、分析后尋找市場服務機會,再到物流及供應鏈的創新發展,是未來物流發展的有效升級路徑。
